Who We Help.

We support adults and adolescents navigating a range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Grief and life transitions

  • Complex and acute trauma

  • Eating disorders and body image, including CBT-E and neurodiversity-affirming care

  • ADHD and autism-affirming therapy for neurodivergent adults and teens

  • Identity exploration and self-esteem

  • Perinatal and postpartum mental health

  • Relationship and interpersonal challenges

  • Burnout Therapy

  • Self Esteem Therapy

  • Neurodivergent Therapy

Each story is unique, so we tailor therapy to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.

We draw on evidence-based, trauma-informed practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, chosen to fit you rather than applied as a fixed protocol. Our work is neurodiversity-affirming, and we're committed to a welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.

At Elements, you'll find a collaborative, down-to-earth approach. We work alongside you, not as experts telling you who to be, but as partners helping you understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with the parts of you that need care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to see a psychotherapist in Ontario?

No. Registered Psychotherapists can be booked directly — no doctor's referral required. Sessions are often covered by extended health and workplace benefit plans; check with your provider for your specific coverage.

Do you offer both virtual and in-person sessions?

Yes. We see clients in person at our Toronto office (Yonge-Eglinton) and virtually across Ontario, including the GTA, Ottawa, and province-wide, through a secure, encrypted video platform.

Do you offer couples or family therapy?

Not currently, we work with individuals. If relationship or family dynamics are part of what's bringing you in, that's absolutely something we can explore together in individual sessions.

What's your approach to neurodivergence?

Both of our therapists are neurodiversity-affirming in how they work, whether or not ADHD or autism is the primary reason someone reaches out. This shows up often in how we approach eating disorders and body image work, where undiagnosed or newly diagnosed neurodivergence is common.

What happens at my first session?

We start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit, followed by a collaborative first session where we talk through your goals and how we can help.
